AAAARRGH! the situation at work is steadily getting worse and worse. On top of being short handed, and the company that I work for having a hiring freeze, and the fact that some of my co-workers and managers are complete and utter FUCK TARDS, and the fact that the company seems to be blind to the fact that 18 people are running the support desk for our largest/highest profile account:the world's LARGEST FUCKING retailer, assinine office politics, my own fucked up loyalties to the people I enjoy working with, and my general lack of the ability to tell my work to go fuck itself raw, sideways, backwards, up a tree, with sad clowns......... twice, I think I may start job hunting soon. With peak season looming in it's nearness, I can honestly say that "We are fucked" if some changes don't happen yesterday. In two months, WMs holiday season kicks off. I fear the company will release the hiring freeze then and with the increase in call volume, there will be no time to train them and get them up to speed. wheeeeeeeeeeeee!
